MINIMALISM
Why?

Without a strong why, I typically put things off, or simply neglect tasks altogether. My why is grounded in 3 areas:

- Clothing: Getting rid of any clothing items I have worn in the last year

- Digitally: Removing app and email unsubscribing from emails I don’t find useful

- Mentally: Being mindful of all inputs that may impact thinking clearly

These three areas collectively steer me towards my ultimate objectives: saving time and achieving mental clarity. Take some time for introspection and ask yourself what motivates you to simplify your life. Is it to reduce stress, de-clutter your space, save money, or achieve greater clarity and focus? Your "why" will be your foundation throughout your own process.

MINIMALISM
What’s Essential?

As shown above, the actions of removing clothing frees up space in closet, digitally and mentally frees up space in my mind. Define what is essential to you and eliminate the rest. This means saying "no" to commitments and/or possessions that do not align with your values and goals.

MINIMALISM
Digital De-Cluttering

Minimalism goes beyond tangible possessions; it also extends digitally. My strategy involves pinpointing phone applications to delete and unsubscribing from unnecessary emails. My goal is to create a clutter-free digital space to improve my productivity.

MINIMALISM
Mindful De-Cluttering

At the core of minimalism lies the principle of de-cluttering the mind by discerning what truly adds value and holds significance. The pivotal question to consider is "What is the one thing causing the most discomfort"? By beginning with one specific area, you streamline focus and intent.
